With a foundation in journalism and business, I am a hybrid: part foresight strategist, part service designer, part brand leader. I have built an experience design team from 0 to 1 at AKQA, orchestrated physical-digital service blueprints for Ford and Lincoln, and shaped future mobility at BMW.

Now based in Shanghai, I’ve led cross-disciplinary teams to transform brands across automotive, luxury beauty, and tech. I bridge the gap between physical spaces and digital platforms, proving that no matter how advanced the technology, the core of great design is always deeply human.
